Peak Season Order Picker

Pick single e-commerce orders to the evening courier cut-off through the Black Friday and Christmas run, when the Vilnius centre goes from 9,000 to 34,000 units a day.

What you will do

• Pick RF-directed single and multi-line orders across the mezzanine pick faces
• Scan every unit at the face — the peak accuracy target is 99.8% and it is measured per picker
• Flag short picks and wrong-stock locations to the shift leader inside the hour, not at handover
• Feed picked totes to the pack wall in the sequence the courier cut-off demands
• Keep pick faces tidy and report damaged stock before it reaches a customer parcel

What we are looking for

• Able to walk 12–15 km across a shift and work at pace to a fixed cut-off
• Basic English or Lithuanian for shift instructions and scanner prompts
• Available for the full September–January campaign, including Saturdays in November and December
• No warehouse experience needed — we run a paid three-day induction before peak
• Third-country nationals welcome: Vanta Industrial files and funds the Lithuanian seasonal work permit and Migration Department paperwork
