Seasonal Forklift Operator

Drive reach and counterbalance trucks at the port campus through the autumn import peak, clearing containers of seasonal stock into racking ahead of the fulfilment draw.

What you will do

• Devan containers arriving from the port and check quantity and condition against the packing list
• Putaway to RF-directed locations in a hall racked to 11.5 metres
• Replenish pick faces so the Vilnius and Kaunas outbound plans never wait on stock
• Complete daily pre-use truck checks and report defects before driving
• Keep aisles, charging bays and pedestrian walkways clear during the busiest weeks of the year

What we are looking for

• Valid forklift licence — we convert recognised non-EU licences to the Lithuanian TR1/TR2 at our cost
• Reach truck experience and sound spatial judgement at height
• Available for rotating morning and afternoon shifts, August to December
• Safety-first attitude; we count near-miss reports as a good outcome
• Third-country nationals welcome: we sponsor the seasonal work permit and support the licence conversion
