Peak Shift Leader

Lead a 30-person seasonal shift through the Vilnius peak — building the labour plan against the order book each morning and holding dispatch to the courier cut-off every night.

What you will do

• Allocate seasonal pickers and packers against the day's order profile and courier collection times
• Induct new seasonal starters and sign off their training record station by station
• Hold the daily accuracy and on-time dispatch numbers and report them at handover
• Escalate stock, equipment or labour shortfalls to the site planner before they hit a customer
• Run the shift safety brief and close out near-misses within the shift

What we are looking for

• Two or more years in a fulfilment or warehouse operation, at least one leading people
• Confident with a WMS, RF scanning and a daily labour plan
• Lithuanian and English — the seasonal crew is mixed and briefings run in both
• Available for the full campaign, including the December weekend rota
• EU/EEA right to work required for this role — the contract starts at short notice and cannot wait on a permit decision
