Tenancy Turnover Cleaner

Munich moves cluster into one short summer, and every flat has to be handed back besenrein on the day. You clean the empty apartment between the outgoing and incoming tenant, to the standard the deposit depends on.

What you will do

• Deliver two to four Endreinigung handovers a day across Schwabing, Haidhausen and Sendling
• Take kitchens, bathrooms and appliance interiors back to handover condition
• Photograph the before-and-after record the landlord and tenant both sign off
• Keep to the handover hour — the keys change hands whether or not you are finished

What we are looking for

• Available June through September, including some Saturdays at month-end
• Comfortable with limescale, oven and grout work under time pressure
• Basic German for handover appointments with agents and landlords
• Clean police certificate; previous end-of-tenancy experience is a plus, not a must
