Summer Dishwashing Crew Member

Hold the dish pit through the summer service peak in Costa del Sol resort restaurants and beach clubs, keeping plates, glassware and pans moving back to the pass without a bottleneck.

What you will do

• Scrape, rack and run plate, glass and cutlery loads through the pass-through machine
• Hand-wash pans, gastronorms and service equipment that cannot go through the machine
• Keep wash chemicals dosed correctly and report low stock before service
• Break down and clean the dish machine, filters and drains at close
• Support the kitchen with waste segregation and floor cleaning at the end of service

What we are looking for

• Available 17:00 to 01:00, six evenings a week across the June to September peak
• Able to work at pace under service pressure without dropping standards
• Understanding of basic kitchen hygiene — we provide the certified training
• Willing to move between two or three sites in the same resort strip
