We are looking for a smiling and responsible person to join our team, who will become the support of our sales department. If you like order, communication with customers and you know how to organize things well, maybe we are looking for you!
What will be your job?
Communication with customers (by phone and e-mail).
Preparation of quotations and orders.
Invoicing and administrative processing of orders.
Support from our sales and installation team.
Work with the internal system and record keeping of documents.
Who are we looking for?
A person who is not afraid of communication and has a pleasant demeanor.
Can work independently and systematically.
Controls a computer (MS Office, Numbers, e-mail).
Invoicing or administration experience is a plus - not a requirement.
