We would like to welcome graduates of agricultural schools, especially with a focus on fruit growing, but also candidates with practical experience in the field of agriculture. Education in the field is an advantage, but not a condition - an interest in this field and, above all, a willingness to learn new things is important!

A candidate who does not have previous experience as an agronomist in fruit growing will complete a 1-2 year training where he will learn all the necessary knowledge and standards for performing the work of an agronomist. During the training period, the salary is EUR 1,500 per month. Comprehensive practical training is provided by the company! After successful training, the candidate will independently take care of the orchards and participate in their further development - with a subsequent salary of EUR 2,000 per month.

Job scope after training:

- professional care of existing fruit orchards (apple, pear, plum) and strawberry plantation

- planting of new orchards, fertilization, irrigation, plant protection

- organization and management of work in the orchard throughout the year

- management and coordination of a team of approx. 20 workers (approximately double in season)

- administrative agenda related to fruit growing

- cooperation with an agronomic consultant - professional support and methodical guidance
