What will be the job content of this position?

Ensuring the daily administrative agenda from the beginning to the exit of the employee - preparation of employment contracts, amendments, salary decrees, job descriptions, etc.

Preparation of documents for classifying employees in salary classes and salary grades.

Checking the correctness of remuneration of employees in accordance with the applicable public administration legislation - salary decrees, salary components and their updating.

Management of the HR application in the VEMA information system.

Monitoring and applying changes in labor legislation, especially Act No. 553/2003 Coll. on remuneration of employees when performing work in the public interest.

Preparation of personnel accounts for the payment of employees' wages, including attendance control.

Communication with employees in the personnel area

Communication with the relevant authorities (ÚPSVaR, SP, ZP).

Preparation of reports, statistics and administrative outputs.

Advertising vacancies, contacting applicants, participating in personal interviews, working with the candidate database.

Providing external training for employees.

Management and archiving of documentation in accordance with GDPR and internal regulations.

Active participation in the improvement of processes in the personnel area.
