QUALITY MANAGER

Job description:

• organization, management and supervision of the entire process of quality control in production
• monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality system in accordance with internal and external standards
• conducting internal checks and active participation in audits
• making decisions on stopping production and blocking products in case of established non-conformities
• analysis of non-compliance and processing of complaints (using the 8D, Pareto, 5Why, Ishikawa methods) and definition of corrective measures
• creating, updating and managing documentation (PPAP, FMEA, control plans)
• creation, updating and control of quality management system documentation
• cooperation with the production department and other departments in order to ensure quality
• direct communication with customers and participation in meetings and conferences
• monitoring and implementation of relevant legal, normative and specific customer requirements (CSR).

We ask you:

• VSS / VŠS of technical, technological or related orientation
• minimum 2 years of experience in quality management in production
• automotive industry experience preferred
• knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Pareto analysis)
• desirable work experience in quality management systems (e.g. Babtec)
• knowledge of ISO standards
• computer skills (MS Office)
• active knowledge of spoken and written English (knowledge of German is an advantage)
• developed analytical, organizational and communication skills
• responsibility, independence and a tendency to work in a team.
