Your duties and responsibilities:
- providing friendly, efficient and professional guest check-in and check-out service
- informing guests about hotel facilities, services and benefits
- handling guest requests and inquiries with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- taking care of the privacy and confidentiality of guest data
- answering inquiries by phone and email
- respecting standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism in communication with guests and colleagues
Required qualifications and competences:
- preferably work experience in the same or similar jobs
- meticulousness, systematicity and a tendency to work in a team
- high level of responsibility in performing work tasks

- knowledge of the English language

Expected income: expected monthly payments of 1200-1400 EUR. Salaries can be adjusted and negotiated depending on your knowledge, effort and commitment as well as progress.
Working conditions:
- Full-time work, up to 8 hours a day
- Free days also in season
- Work in daily morning and afternoon shifts in accordance with the weekly work schedule and agreement with the head of the department. Weekend and holiday work required.
