Type of employment: fixed-term, seasonal with the possibility of permanent employment and indefinite contracts

Your duties and responsibilities:

• providing friendly, efficient and professional guest check-in and check-out service
• informing guests about hotel facilities, services and benefits
• handling guest requests and inquiries with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• taking care of the privacy and confidentiality of guest data
• answering inquiries by phone and email
• respecting standards and maintaining a high level of professionalism in communication with guests and colleagues

Required qualifications and competences:

• preferably work experience in the same or similar jobs
• meticulousness, systematicity and a tendency to work in a team
• high level of responsibility in performing work tasks

• knowledge of the English language

Expected income: expected monthly payments of 1200-1400 EUR. Salaries can be adjusted and negotiated depending on your knowledge, effort and commitment as well as progress.

Working conditions:

• Full-time work, up to 8 hours a day
• Free days also in season
• Work in daily morning and afternoon shifts in accordance with the weekly work schedule and agreement with the head of the department. Weekend and holiday work required.
