Fee:

Salary for skilled workers: from € 2,376 gross / month (full-time basis with training). Your actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.

Career and career changers (without relevant training): from € 2,120 gross / month (full-time basis)

Your area of responsibility at JUFA Hotels:

Guest service & reception: Warm welcome, carrying out check-in/out, guest registration.

Guest service: Central contact point for questions, requests and concerns from national and international guests.

Gastronomy: looking after and entertaining guests in the restaurant and buffet area as well as preparing and serving drinks and small dishes in the hotel café.

Seminar support: Preparation, catering and supervision of seminar groups.

Cross-departmental collaboration: Interface between reception and service to ensure optimal operational processes.

This is what you bring to the JUFA Hotels team:

Qualifications: Completed hotel management training or a degree from a middle/higher vocational school (HLW, HAK, HAS).

Experience: Experience in the areas of reception and service is an advantage - motivated career changers are warmly welcome.

IT knowledge: Confident use of MS Office/Google Workspace and willingness to familiarize yourself with hotel systems.

Languages: German and English skills at a high level for daily guest communication.

Personality: ability to work in a team, solution orientation, reliability and flexibility in changing tasks.
