YOUR TASKS

You will face the following tasks:

Holistic and responsible management of the catering business (operational and administrative)

Monitoring the entire operational process with a focus on hygiene (HACCP) and quality assurance

Responsible for personnel deployment planning, duty rosters and team management on site

Creating a varied menu with seasonal promotions and new products

Active participation in day-to-day business in all areas: kitchen, service, etc.

Close cooperation with regional management in the areas of: budget planning, purchasing, billing and controlling

Interface and contact person for customers, guests and head office

Responsible for a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant area

YOUR PROFILE

Completed training in the catering industry, ideally with additional qualifications in communal catering or catering, so that you have the technical basics and industry-specific requirements

Several years of experience in a managerial position in the catering/company catering sector so that you can lead teams confidently and organize processes efficiently

Confident use of common IT programs so that you can carry out planning, orders and documentation professionally

Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, hygiene and quality management is an advantage so that you can comply with legal requirements and ensure consistently high standards

Strong leadership skills and organizational skills to motivate your team and coordinate kitchen operations smoothly

Host with a heart - you keep an overview even in stressful situations, so that guests and the team feel in good hands at all times.
