Master Electrician (f/m/d) Street Lighting / Construction Manager Electrical Engineering (Commissioning Technician - Electrical Engineering)

Summary

Our customer is a regionally established energy and infrastructure service provider in the Darmstadt area. In this responsible position, you will be responsible for the construction management and operation of street lighting systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you combine technical know-how with construction site experience, this role offers you an exciting environment with a high level of personal responsibility.

Description

- Construction management and coordination of street lighting projects

- Control and monitoring of external service providers

- Implementation and control of HOAI service phases 6–9

- Technical and economic evaluation of construction work (e.g. costs for civil engineering and asphalt work)

- Regular construction site inspections and ensuring construction quality and adherence to deadlines

- Responsibility for the safe operation of the assigned systems (operator responsibility)

- Support in the event of a disruption and contact person for external bodies (e.g. authorities or emergency services in the event of major events)

- Deployment in the Darmstadt area (Gernsheim – Mörfelden)

- Close collaboration with internal teams, service providers and authorities

Requirements

- Master (f/m/d) in the electrical engineering trade or comparable qualification

- Ideally experience in the areas of street lighting, power grid or energy infrastructure

- Alternatively, background in civil engineering, road construction or a construction-related environment with an understanding of electrical engineering

- Experience in construction management and good knowledge of the HOAI (especially LPH 6-9)

- Practice in dealing with construction sites and confident demeanor towards service providers

- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and evaluate them economically

- High willingness to take responsibility (including operator responsibility and legal representation)

- Very good knowledge of German (at least B2)
