o Sales is the main role here - no boring sitting behind the counter, but lively work with people, where your charm, energy and communication skills play a vital role. You will help customers find the ideal solution that will make their day easier, while offering products and services that make sense.

o Every conversation can be a business. And each trade brings you not only success, but also a higher reward. Your work has a direct impact on the results of the entire store and your monthly income. Commissions are not limited, so the more you sell, the more you earn.

o At the store, you will be part of a team that goes all out - we share know-how, tips and motivation to keep going. You will try different sales approaches, you will learn how to deal with different types of customers, and every day you will improve a little more in the store.

o An environment awaits you that has a shot at the goal, but also fairness and humor. Because business feeds us, but energy and people keep us going.

o Commissions have no ceiling. Our best sellers take home up to 70,000 CZK per month, the average is around 40,000 CZK including the fee, and everyone can grow higher. After 6 months, you will also receive a guaranteed increase in your fixed salary.
