Campaign Production Operator

Run assembly, kitting and shrink-wrap stations on the Kaunas lines through the spring build campaign, when clients pre-build a season of stock before the summer shutdown.

What you will do

• Set up and run an assembly, labelling or shrink-wrap station to the documented work instruction
• Complete in-process checks at the stated frequency and sign the batch sheet
• Quarantine non-conforming units and call the line supervisor immediately
• Change over between client specifications with a full line clearance
• Hold the station to 5S standard at every break and at end of shift

What we are looking for

• Any production, packing or assembly line experience — or the willingness to learn one
• Careful with detail: our clients audit the batch records we sign
• Able to stand and work at pace for a full shift
• Basic English for reading work instructions; Lithuanian is useful, not required
• Third-country nationals welcome: Vanta Industrial sponsors the seasonal work permit for the campaign term
