Spring Drilling Tractor Operator

Season contract from early March to the end of May: cultivate and drill spring barley, sugar beet and ware potatoes across the Kuyavia blocks, working the weather window from first travel until the last field is in.

What you will do

• Run a 250–350 hp tractor on the power harrow combination, precision beet drill and potato planter
• Work to GPS guidance lines and section control so overlaps and skips stay off the yield map
• Set drilling depth and seed rate per field against the agronomist's plan, and record what actually went on
• Carry out daily greasing, tyre pressure checks and coulter wear checks before the first pass

What we are looking for

• At least one full sowing season on a large tractor with mounted or trailed drilling equipment
• Category T or B driving licence recognised in Poland, or an exchangeable national licence
• Willing to work split days and Saturdays when soil conditions come right
• Basic Polish, English, Ukrainian or Russian — the depot briefing runs in all four
