Seasonal Quality Inspector

Cover the peak-period inspection load in Kaunas — AQL sampling on campaign batches and holding the ISO 9001 and IFS evidence trail while output runs at double the baseline.

What you will do

• Carry out AQL sampling on campaign and peak batches and document every result
• Raise, investigate and close non-conformances with the production supervisor
• Maintain calibration records for gauges and scales through the busy period
• Prepare evidence packs for client and certification body audits scheduled in the peak
• Train seasonal line operators on the in-process checks they perform themselves

What we are looking for

• QC or QA experience in manufacturing, food, pharma or FMCG packing
• Familiar with ISO 9001; IFS, GDP or GMP exposure is valued
• Confident writing clear English reports an auditor will read
• Willing to stop a line in the middle of peak when the data says stop
• EU/EEA right to work required — this cover role starts within four weeks of offer
