Breakfast Chef — Summer Season

Join our culinary team for the summer season in a 140-bedroom hotel. This early shift (06:00-14:00) covers the full Irish and continental breakfast offer, ideal for someone who wants their afternoons and evenings free.

What you will do

• Open the kitchen at 06:00, fire the ranges, and set the buffet before the first sitting at 07:00.
• Cook to order at the egg station while maintaining a hot, presentable buffet line for up to 200 guests.
• Manage coach-tour and residents' sittings independently on your section.
• Hand over to the lunch team with the section stocked and temperature logs completed.

What we are looking for

• Confidence working a section solo in a fast-paced environment.
• HACCP Level 2 certification (or willingness to complete it within your first month).
• Reliability to start at 06:00 consistently across a two-weeks-on, one-weekend-off pattern.
• Non-EEA applicants welcome — the hotel group sponsors seasonal employment permits.
