Post-Construction Handover Cleaner

New HafenCity and Eimsbüttel units go from building site to viewing-ready in the days before handover. You take out the dust, the labels, the render splashes and the protective film so the developer can hand over the keys.

What you will do

• Carry out Bauendreinigung on newly finished apartments and office floors
• Remove construction dust from every surface, including ducts, tracks and rebates
• Strip protective film, adhesive residue, paint spots and screed haze from glass and floors
• Work to the developer’s snagging date — handover dates do not move

What we are looking for

• Available across the April–October handover season
• Site-safe: steel toecaps, hard-hat discipline, working around other trades
• Confident with dosing and surface compatibility on new finishes
• Basic German for site inductions and safety sheets
