Night Auditor

Hold the desk alone from 23:00 to 07:00 at a 190-room Limassol seafront hotel through the season — closing the day's revenue, handling late arrivals off delayed charters and being the property's first responder overnight.

What you will do

• Run the night audit in Opera: close cashiering, post room and city tax charges and produce the manager's daily revenue report
• Check in late and delayed arrivals, and set up early-departure invoices and airport wake-up calls
• Act as duty contact overnight for fire panel alerts, medical incidents and guest disturbances, escalating per the property's procedure
• Prepare arrival lists, breakfast counts and VIP notes so the morning shift starts ready
• Reconcile the bar and restaurant tills and lock the daily takings into the safe

What we are looking for

• One season or more in front office, night reception or hotel accounts
• Strong English and comfort with numbers, PMS reports and spreadsheet reconciliation
• Genuinely suited to permanent nights across a five-night rota
• Third-country nationals welcome — the seasonal permit is sponsored and filed by us before you travel
