Congress Season Dishwashing Crew

Cover the wash-up on Fira Gran Via and Montjuïc congress catering: thousands of covers a day, gala dinners and coffee breaks that turn round in twenty minutes.

What you will do

• Set up mobile wash stations and dish machines in temporary event kitchens
• Run continuous glass, plate and cutlery cycles through peak break and banquet service
• Move clean crockery back to the plating and buffet lines to the timing sheet
• Strike the wash station, clean down and load equipment back to the van after each event
• Work to the venue's hygiene protocol and the event caterer's allergen separation rules

What we are looking for

• Available for long event days across the spring and autumn congress calendar
• Comfortable with early starts, late finishes and changing venues week to week
• Basic Spanish or English
• Travel between Barcelona venues paid, with a premium for events outside the city
