Our department Petershagen is looking for more skilled and committed environmental therapists.

Borger is a residential facility for people with mental health and substance abuse problems.

Today we have approx. 400 employees and 85 residents who live in six different departments.

The departments consist of a unit manager, subject manager and three interdisciplinary teams made up of nurses, care workers, social workers, child protection educators and other health and/or social work educations. In addition, the wards have a cook, awake night guards and supervising psychiatrists.

Our other homes are located in Østre Toten, Ringerike, Hole, Hof and Ørje.

TasksTypical tasks for the position can be,

• Environmental therapeutic work at group and individual level.
• Environmental therapeutic work through activities with the residents.
• Support calls, guidance and follow-up.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration in the organization.
• Participate in responsibility group meetings and collaboration meetings.
• Reporting and documentation of our environmental therapeutic work to our clients.
• Practical assistance and care.
• Contribute to Borger AS meeting the requirements set out in our agreements with clients.
• As a Caregiver, some medical responsibility must be assumed.

Qualifications

In order to meet our competence requirements, we are mainly looking for you who are qualified Caregivers. However, other Bachelor's degrees are also of interest:

• Nursing
• Child protection pedagogue
• Social work
• Psychology
• Psychological health care
• Physiotherapy
• Occupational therapy

We offer We can offer a 100% permanent position as an environmental therapist in a co-liver rotation. The rotation offers intensive work periods with accrued long time off. The rotation is 3-7-4-7.
