Practical nurses (medical assistants)

Work in a home for seniors with continuous operation (Monday - Sunday).

Unevenly scheduled working hours (12-hour daily shifts, on average 15 shifts per month). An agreement on the adjustment of working hours is possible.

We reserve the right to individually set wage and working conditions after mutual agreement and a personal interview.

In the case of a suitable specialization and level of medical education, work for ADOS and work in a medical facility for long-term sick and dying people - HOSPIC - are also available. We are also prospectively looking for nurses with a specialization in OS in oncology, OS in the community or OS in the field of internal medicine. Salary evaluation by mutual agreement.

The work of a nurse or medical assistant - practical nurse includes:

Provision of complex nursing care to the clients of the Senior Citizens' Home and responsibility for its professional level, fluency, consistency and availability

- control and monitoring of clients' health status,

- administration of drugs, medicines and injections to clients,

- medication dosage,

- FF measurement,

- collection of biological material,

- treatment of pressure ulcers,

- treatment of postoperative wounds,

- comprehensive care for diabetics,

- preparing clients for medical examinations,

- records of nursing services,

- performs all-round care for the individual needs of clients,

- close cooperation with the staff of the care and social department of the facility,

- implementation of nursing services within the scope of the acquired qualification.
