"Dialogas tamsaje" offers professional team building and human resource development seminars for corporate teams, educational programs for schoolchildren and groups of private individuals. Workshops are conducted in total darkness. A pre-prepared set of tasks is presented and led by blind and partially sighted facilitators during the workshop. Non-visual communication and collaboration are essential parts of the workshop.

The facilitator ensures the safety of the participants in the dark, as well as an emotional, psychomotor and cognitive experience that promotes the professional and personal development of the participants.

The job position of "Dialogue in the Dark" facilitator is reserved exclusively for blind and partially sighted people with developed communication, leadership and group management skills.
