LEISURE BOAT MANAGER

JOB OFFER - LEISURE BOAT CAPTAIN (SUITABLE FOR CANDIDATES OF RETIREMENT AGE ALSO)

Recreation complex "Usmas Meķi" invites responsible, calm and communicative people to join the team for the job of captain of a recreational boat, taking customers on excursions around the beautiful Usmas lake.

This job can be for both young people and people of retirement age who like nature, communication with people and a leisurely, pleasant work rhythm.

MAIN JOB DUTIES:

•⁠ ⁠Takes clients on excursions with a recreational boat along Lake Usma

•⁠ ⁠Tell customers about the sights, nature and historical events in the surroundings

•⁠ ⁠Provide a pleasant, safe and high-quality outing experience

•⁠ ⁠Adapt trips to customer preferences (excursions, romantic trips, etc.)

• Take care of the cleanliness, order and visually tidy condition of the boat/ship

•⁠ ⁠Kind communication with guests and creating a positive atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS:

•⁠ ⁠Category B driver's license

•⁠ ⁠Recreational vessel (small craft) driver's license

•⁠ ⁠⁠Experience in managing small vessels

•⁠ ⁠Responsibility, honesty and punctuality

•⁠ ⁠Kind attitude towards customers

•⁠ ⁠Ability to communicate calmly and interestingly with guests of different ages

•⁠ ⁠Latvian language (English language – an advantage. In case the guest chooses an excursion in English. But not mandatory)
