🛠️ Your tasks

- Professional processing of incoming inquiries via telephone, chat or email

- Review and moderation of content on social networks (videos, images, audio)

- Ensuring compliance with community guidelines

- Identification and removal of non-compliant content

- Structuring and evaluating user data to optimize the service

- Documentation of all customer contacts in the service database

- Problem solving through targeted questions and use of internal sources of knowledge

- Recommend solutions to common problems

🔎 Your profile

- Dutch at a native speaker level (C1–C2)

- Good knowledge of English (at least B2)

- EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal

- Willingness to work shifts

- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

- Strong communication skills & empathy

- Flexibility and team spirit

- Strong time management
