Provides consulting activities in the field of personnel work, ensures the representative of the personnel specialist for the civil service according to Coll. No. 234/2014 Coll., during his absence. 6. He participates in the preparation of documents for the creation of internal regulations in the field of labor relations of the Archive and cooperates with the personnel officer for the civil service and the lawyer. 7. When a new employee joins, he ensures that he is familiarized with the terms and conditions of the employment relationship.
