janitorial work, including professional craft work in the repair and maintenance of small-scale domestic objects and technical equipment, for example maintenance work, gardening, glazing, bricklaying and locksmith work, performing routine maintenance work of a mechanical, construction nature, carpentry, painting, painting, painting, plumbing, including performing less demanding repairs, disassembling and helping with window cleaning and cleaning work, moving, assembly and disassembly of furniture, during the heating season, ensuring the operation of the boiler room, checking operating equipment, ensuring records of necessary repairs and accidents on objects owned by a separate department, ensuring maintenance of grassy areas, driving and maintaining a company vehicle up to 3.5 tons of total weight, recording and accounting for work trips, performing other tasks determined by the head of a separate department

salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., (4th salary class), personal allowance and quarterly bonuses depending on work results
