1. cook - pastry chef 1/ cook/ specialist cook in the Dietetics and Nutrition Service

- SSS cook / KV cook / specialist cook. The following should be attached to the tender application: CV and copies of: proof of citizenship and certificates.

Candidates are invited who achieve priority in employment in accordance with Article 102, paragraphs 1-3. of the Act on Croatian Veterans of the Homeland War and Members of Their Families (Official Gazette 121/17, 98/19 and 84/21) to submit evidence from Art. 103, paragraph 1. of the aforementioned law for the purpose of achieving advantages in employment.

Candidates who receive an advantage in employment in accordance with Article 48 of the Law on Civilian Victims of the Homeland War ("Narodne novine" No. 84/21.) are invited to submit evidence from Article 49 of the aforementioned law for the purpose of obtaining an advantage in employment.

Candidates who refer to the right of priority in employment in accordance with the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Official Gazette 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20), must refer to Art. 9 of the same Act, and together with evidence of fulfillment of the conditions from the tender, attach evidence of the recognized status of a person with a disability in accordance with the Ordinance on the content and method of keeping the register of employed persons with disabilities.

According to the Law on Gender Equality (Official Gazette 82/08, 69/17), persons of both sexes can apply for this competition.

The employment relationship is based on trial work for the duration provided by law, depending on professional training.

Pursuant to Art. 156, paragraph 1 of the Law on Health Care (Official Gazette 100/18, 125/19, 147/20, 119/22, 156/22, 33/23, 36/24, 102/25) a person who provides health care directly as a profession in the health care system and who participates in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and against whom an action has been initiated criminal proceedings or who has been legally convicted of one of the criminal offenses from Chapter XVI of the Criminal Code ("Narodne novine", no. 125/11, 144/12, 56/15, 61/15 - correction, 101/17, 118/18, 126/19, 84/21, 114/22, 114/23 and 36/24) - Criminal offenses against sexual freedom and Chapter XVII. of the same Act - Criminal acts of sexual abuse and exploitation of a child.

KBC Sestre milosrdnice will, ex officio, ask the competent court for a certificate that they have not been convicted of the criminal offenses referred to in Art. 156 of the Law on Health Care.

Applications with evidence of meeting the conditions must be submitted within 30 days of the publication of the tender by mail to the address: Kliniki bolnički centar Sestre milosrdnice, Zagreb, Vinogradska cesta 29 with the indication "for tender" or in person at the address KBC Sestre milosrdnice - Order record, Zagreb, Vinogradska cesta 29.
