Contractor "Ognyar" to the "Property Management" Directorate, "Technical Maintenance, Operation and Fire Protection" Department. Provides and maintains the heating during the winter season of the administrative building. Monitors the serviceability of the heating installation and the availability of fuel. Receives the fuel when filling up and signs documents. Maintains the pumps in the boiler room and boiler rooms. Periodically cleans the flue pipes. Maintains hygiene in the boiler room. Performs additional tasks assigned by the Head of the "Technical Support, Operation and PPO" Department and Director of the "Property Management" Directorate within the main activity and objectives of the position.
