The mountain restaurant “Le Diable au Cœur” located in Les Deux Alpes is recruiting. Master Restaurateur, Ecotable certified, listed in the Michelin Guide and Gault et Milliau. We are looking for the 2026 summer season in an exceptional place and in a good mood!

Gastronomic and Bistronomic Cuisine. Use of products sourced less than 100km from us.

We make sauce bases, ice creams/sorbets, puff pastry, smoked dishes, pastas (tagliatelle, ravioli.) on site.

The kitchen is well equipped (RATIONAL oven, FRIMA frying pan, Paco Jet 4, Ice cream maker, Electric laminator, IRINOX cell,

Thermos Plunger, Thermomix, Disc player, Sugar lamp, Extruder, Vacuum cell.)

Mission:

Collaborate every week with the Chef de Cuisine, developing the bistronomic menus of Le Diable au Cœur

Participate in the creation of the gourmet menu for La Table d’Emma

Perfectly master the basic recipes.

Ensure hygiene, cleanliness of the station, good maintenance of cold rooms and stock management

Guarantee the quality and regularity of preparations while respecting the house's standards

Work as a team with rigor, creativity and attention to detail

Profile:

You have great sensitivity to the product, seasonality and presentation

You are organized, autonomous and curious, with an eye for detail and a job well done

You have team spirit and a taste for challenge - because here, we cook at an altitude of 2400m!

We offer:

3-month fixed-term contract - Full-time - 42 hours/week - 2 consecutive, fixed days of rest

Continuous schedule, lunch service only
