We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Advisor (in Lisbon, Portugal) on behalf of a renowned international company.

Your mission, if you accept it:

- Respond to customers who have contacted the company.

- Understand their needs and propose adapted solutions.

- Support customers throughout their journey with personalized interactions.

- Develop trust and careful monitoring.

- Provide daily support to customers by phone, chat and email.

- Provide customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the services offered.

Start: May, June or July 2026

Your profile

- You speak French fluently (level C1/C2) and English fluently (level B2 minimum)

- You are comfortable speaking and writing, with excellent interpersonal skills;

- You are curious, adaptable and motivated by challenges.
