Harvest Crew Leader

Run the crews and the daily sequence through both harvests at Beja — from the first cereal cut in June to the last olive load in December — with up to forty people on the ground at peak.

What you will do

• Build the daily picking sequence by parcel ripeness and keep olives moving to the mill inside eight hours
• Brief, supervise and induct seasonal crews, including toolbox talks and safety walkarounds
• Coordinate trailers, weighbridge slots and mill delivery windows with the logistics desk
• Close the yield, lot and downtime record each evening so traceability stays current

What we are looking for

• Previous experience supervising agricultural or seasonal crews
• Fluent Portuguese for crew, contractor and mill communication; English or Spanish a strong plus
• Confident with harvest machinery scheduling and basic breakdown triage
• Available June to December, including weekends at peak
