Campaign Service Advisor

Peak-season cover on the front desk: load the changeover diary sensibly, and make sure nobody waiting in reception is surprised by their invoice.

What you will do

• Book the changeover campaign in and keep the fitting bays flowing through a twelve-hour day
• Explain quotes and tyre recommendations in plain Hungarian — no jargon, no upselling
• Call every customer whose job needs extra parts or extra time before the work is done
• Manage tyre hotel collections and the fleet campaign slots for our Győr contract clients

What we are looking for

• Two years in a customer-facing automotive, insurance or retail role
• Fluent Hungarian is essential; German or English helps with our fleet clients
• Enough mechanical understanding to translate a fitter's note accurately
• Calm on a Monday morning in November with twenty cars on the forecourt
