Seasonal Scheduling Coordinator

A ten-month contract covering our three peaks back to back: the spring deep-clean rush, the summer turnover diary and the pre-Christmas office run. You build the rotas that make all three land.

What you will do

• Book the seasonal diary across Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Cologne
• Match seasonal starters to rounds, districts and travel times that actually work
• Hold the handover slots in the summer diary and rebook the ones that slip
• Answer customer email during peak weeks and keep every quote inside one working day

What we are looking for

• Scheduling, dispatch or office-coordination experience in a service business
• Fluent German and confident written English
• Calm with a rota, a full inbox and a peak week all at once
• EU/EEA right to work
