Food & Beverage Waiter

Work breakfast buffet and à la carte dinner service at a Limassol seafront hotel with two restaurants and a pool bar. Sequence-of-service and wine basics training runs in your first fortnight.

What you will do

• Set, run and reset sections for breakfast, lunch and dinner covers
• Take orders on a handheld POS, upsell the wine and cocktail list and manage table timing
• Handle allergen and dietary requests accurately, checking with the kitchen before confirming to a guest
• Keep buffet lines replenished, clean and at correct temperature during peak arrival waves
• Cash up your section and hand over cleanly to the evening or bar team

What we are looking for

• Good conversational English; Greek or Russian helps with repeat Limassol clientele
• Some restaurant, café or catering experience preferred
• Comfortable carrying trays and working split shifts during the high season
• Open to third-country nationals — we sponsor the seasonal permit and arrange the Cyprus food hygiene course if you do not hold one
