Bartender

Run a busy pool and terrace bar in Ayia Napa through the summer peak, mixing a fixed cocktail list at volume while keeping stock, hygiene and responsible-service standards intact.

What you will do

• Prepare cocktails, long drinks and coffees to the property's recipe cards and pour standards
• Open and close the bar, including stock counts, fridge rotation and cleaning schedules
• Manage all-inclusive wristband checks and refuse service where required under Cyprus licensing rules
• Keep waste and over-pour within target and record breakages accurately
• Support evening entertainment nights when the terrace runs to late licence

What we are looking for

• At least one season behind a bar, cocktail or high-volume service
• Working English; a second language used by summer guests is an advantage
• Able to work late finishes and six-day weeks in peak August, and to stand through long shifts
• Non-EU applicants welcome — the seasonal permit is employer-sponsored and filed before the May start
