Seasonal Linen Room Supervisor

Own the linen room in a Costa del Sol resort account for the season: par-level control against occupancy, quality sign-off and a crew of six operatives working across two shifts.

What you will do

• Set and maintain par levels for room, F&B and pool linen against the occupancy forecast
• Run daily quality checks and sign off clean stock before it reaches the floors
• Plan crew rotas, cover absence and brief operatives at shift handover
• Track linen losses and condemnations, and report monthly to the client
• Be the first point of contact for the housekeeping manager on site

What we are looking for

• Two seasons or more in hotel housekeeping, linen or commercial laundry
• Experience supervising a small team and building a rota
• Working Spanish and English — you speak to both crew and client daily
• Confident with stock spreadsheets and simple reporting
• Returning supervisors are re-called first each April under fijo discontinuo terms
