Mobile Crew Leader — Summer Run

Lead a mobile crew along the Costa del Sol for the summer run, moving between resort laundries and event kitchens to cover sickness, holidays and peak-week surges from Torremolinos to Marbella.

What you will do

• Take the dispatch request and get a crew on site within the two-hour cover window
• Brief operatives on each client’s equipment, chemicals and linen specification
• Complete the on-site hygiene and equipment checklist at the start and end of every shift
• Handle client sign-off and report back to the Málaga control desk
• Train new seasonal operatives across their first three shifts in the field

What we are looking for

• Full Spanish driving licence held for two years — a company van is provided
• Experience leading crews in laundry, housekeeping or kitchen operations
• Flexible with hours across the April to October season
• Spanish and English to a working standard
• EU/EEA right to work required — this role carries vehicle and client responsibility from day one
