Christmas Banqueting Wash-Up Operative

Cover the comidas de empresa and New Year banqueting weeks in central Madrid hotels and event kitchens — six to eight weeks of back-to-back sittings from mid-November to Reyes.

What you will do

• Run plate, glass and cutlery loads through banqueting service at sitting pace
• Hand-wash service silver, platters and gastronorms between courses
• Keep the pot wash clear so the kitchen brigade never waits on equipment
• Deep clean the dish machine and drains at the end of each banqueting night
• Support the close-down of temporary kitchens after New Year events

What we are looking for

• Available mid-November to early January, including 24 and 31 December
• Able to work at pace through long banqueting sittings
• Basic Spanish or English
• EU/EEA right to work required — the campaign is too short for a seasonal permit application
