The person employed will have a key role in planning and implementing internal quality development processes. The position is part of the agency's analysis environment, and is currently located in the Section for knowledge and analysis.
The position will be particularly geared towards quality development and improvement work in the organisation's operative part. Below, the main tasks will be measures that can contribute to the realization of the agency management's main goals for the organisation, including by ensuring good and comprehensive implementation of adopted strategies, plans and measures. The position will contribute to increased implementation power when it comes to supporting the measures departments in realizing their quality targets.
Duties The position is currently placed in the Section for knowledge and analysis, which is responsible for statistics within child protection and develops knowledge and analyzes in the field. The tasks must contribute to the development of the quality of the work, both internally in the Child and Family Agency and in the child welfare services in the districts.
The position will be able to have tasks within the entire range of tasks in the section, but have particular responsibility for:
- ongoing operational analyzes and support for implementation processes in the measures departments
- establishment of a holistic quality system, including assisting in the work with the preparation of knowledge-based professional routines in the deviation system EQS
- implementation of quality development and improvement work in close cooperation with managers and employees in all parts of the organisation, including contributing to the agency covering
- the future need for child protection services in an efficient and sustainable way
- carry out surveys, current situation analyzes and evaluation of the services BFE offers, and support the organization with analyzes of needs, quality and capacity
Qualifications Qualification requirements:
- relevant higher education within social science or social science disciplines
- relevant work experience
- good competence within method, evaluation, knowledge development and/or analysis work
- experience from work with project work/process management
- experience from implementation of change and improvement work in businesses
- good oral, written and visual presentation skills
- very good collaboration and communication skills
It is an advantage if you have:
- a broad repertoire of relevant methods, tools and frameworks
- competence and experience from implementation work
- experience from the upbringing field, child protection or other relevant sector areas
