Shift MASTER (food industry)

Due to the increase in production capacity, we are looking for a Shift Master / Production Area Manager.

If you are interested and ready:

• Control and manage the execution of technological and sanitary norms;
• control production stages and process execution;
• plan, control and be responsible for the execution of the daily plan;
• participate in inventories as needed;
• monitor the quality of the manufactured product;
• organize and plan shift work;
• train and support new employees;
• participate in the inspections carried out in the company and eliminate the identified deficiencies;
• participate in meetings, discussions organized by the company, participate in decision-making, expressing your opinion, solution;
• develop and implement the necessary documentation (forms, accounting tables, etc.) for more efficient work.

We expect from you:

• Mandatory experience as a manager (at least two years);
• experience in food production will be an advantage;
• good knowledge of the Latvian language, preferably knowledge of foreign languages for communication with cooperation partners;
• desire to grow with the company;
• high sense of responsibility and accuracy;
• the ability to plan, quickly perceive and evaluate information when making decisions;
• good interaction and communication skills;
• positive attitude towards work.
