ADJUSTER and OPERATOR OF NUMERICALLY CONTROLLED MACHINES (m/f), Adjusters and operators of numerically controlled machines

We are looking for more skilled hands to join the party of prima guys who can operate and adjust CNC machines and want to continue the tradition of making PRIM watches with us.

We would like to welcome an experienced worker who needs to familiarize himself with the specifics of our primary production, but who otherwise knows how to work with CNC, but we are also ready to train a skilled graduate from the field who would like to continue to improve.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: setting up the machine according to the production plan, ensuring the production of the given part in the required quality, correcting the machining of the given part, ensuring the self-inspection of the produced part, responsibility for the maximum use of machine capacity, ensuring routine maintenance of entrusted machinery, specifying requirements for missing tools, cooperation with technology and construction during the introduction of new production, checking selected parts according to design documentation, if necessary, programming CNC machines, responsibility for observing work safety and the use of work and protective equipment at the workplace.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: secondary technical education is an advantage, experience in the field is an advantage, manual dexterity is a requirement, technical thinking, willingness to learn new skills, independence, diligence and a responsible approach.
