## The post

As Showroom Manager, you are the face and guarantor of our showroom. You orchestrate the customer experience, visual merchandising, direct sales, supplier relationships and sales team coordination - all while keeping a keen eye on what's selling and how to showcase our best pieces.

This is a resolutely versatile and operational position: you are as much on the sales floor, with customers and the team, as in sales figures, supplier contacts and content preparation. It will suit a person with real aesthetic sensitivity, an excellent sense of service, and the desire to take charge from start to finish.

## Responsibilities

Showroom management & visual merchandising

Ensure an impeccable and attractive showroom: selection, arrangement and presentation of pieces, seasonal campaigns, rotation of models and renewal of exhibition pieces. Manage the liquidation of unsold items and end-of-collection items. Ensure labeling and pricing accuracy across the board.

Sales, customer projects & customer experience

Welcoming and advising customers, and carrying out direct sales. Manage large-scale projects from start to finish with clients and interior designers. Take full responsibility for the customer experience: resolve requests and complaints quickly and efficiently, in conjunction with the after-sales service team. Carry out quality control of purchase orders and supervise discounts and commercial gestures granted by the team.

Commercial mailbox & offer tracking

Manage the sales box: quotes, customer requests and supplier emails. Relaunch each open offer until its conclusion, won or lost.

Supplier relations & price management

Maintain direct contact with suppliers: monitoring orders and collections, sourcing new models for the showroom, alignment with seasonal campaigns and updating prices for all brands.

Merchandising strategy

Leverage internal sales reports to identify bestsellers, models to push, those to liquidate and showroom redesign opportunities. Translate data into concrete merchandising, campaign and implementation decisions to maximize sales.

Coordination of the team & operations

Coordinate the schedule of the showroom team and ensure coverage during weekends, peaks of activity and holidays. Maintain the opening, closing and public holiday schedule. Ensure punctual backup on the sales floor and coordinate on a daily basis with the after-sales service, online and delivery teams.

Content & visual marketing

Put your aesthetic eye at the service of the brand: creation of content and visuals for the newsletter, publications on social networks, and web banners.

## Your profile

Required

- Proven experience in B2C retail sales in premium, design or furniture - comfortable with a long purchasing cycle and tailor-made

- Fluent French and Dutch (oral and written)

- Strong aesthetic and design sensitivity - an eye for visual merchandising, layout, materials and finishes

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; strong sense of service and customer experience

- Analytical ability - knowing how to read sales reports and draw merchandising decisions from them

- Ability to coordinate a team and a schedule (weekends, peaks, holidays)

- Experience managing client projects or with interior designers, from start to finish

- Autonomous, hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit, organized and rigorous/able to work with a minimum of supervision

- Available to work weekends during sales months (January, July and November), and occasionally to replace an absent colleague

An asset

- Training or experience in interior architecture, design or furniture

- Mastery of an ERP

- Experience in creating visual content (newsletter, social networks, web)

- Residential or B2B network / interior designers in Brussels

## What we offer

- A central and visible role: you are the face of the showroom and the guarantor of the Depot Design experience

- 12-month CDD contract, with prospect of conversion to CDI

- Part-time: 4 days/week (30.40/38 hours), face-to-face in Brussels (Tour & Taxis showroom)

Note: This position requires a physical presence in Brussels and cannot be exercised remotely - it is carried out on the sales floor, in contact with customers, the team and suppliers. Weekend availability is required mainly during sales months (January, July and November), and occasionally to replace an absent colleague.
