Responsibilities: Current repairs and troubleshooting. Maintaining cleanliness around the building using equipment provided by the Employer. During the winter season, maintaining safe entrances in front of the building and the passage to the employee parking lot and convoy square, using appropriate equipment by the Employer. Daily inspection of the building and checking for any defects. Ensuring the proper condition and operation of gates and other equipment and devices. All simple economic and maintenance activities related to the building and real estate. Maintenance of office devices and equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and order inside the building. Operation and maintenance of technical equipment used at work. Maintaining greenery on the property
