Data Analyst - Purchasing, Stock & Import Management (M/F)

Your mission

Join PREMIOM OI in a strategic role where data directly drives purchasing and supply decisions.

A company located on Reunion Island.

Your objective: analyze sales trends, anticipate needs and construct supplier orders, integrating stock, delivery and transport constraints.

You think like a market analyst, capable of interpreting signals and anticipating developments.

Your main responsibilities

Advanced demand analysis

- Use ERP data (sales, histories, shortages)

- Analyze trends, seasonality and product behavior

- Integrate the impacts of commercial operations

- Work with trend logic, moving averages and weak signals

Anticipation & arbitrage

- Build forecasts product by product

- Arbitrate the quantities by integrating:

- sales dynamics

- breakup histories

- supplier constraints

- Continuously adjust according to the evolution of sales

Construction of orders

- Consolidate the needs for optimized orders (containers)

- Build supply schedules

- Decide on the right order timing

Operational monitoring & suppliers

- Send and track orders

- Analyze supplier returns (deadlines, constraints)

- Adapt decisions to reality

Overall management & coordination

- Follow flows until receipt

- Identify overstocks and shortages

- Trigger commercial actions if necessary

- Collaborate closely with commerce and logistics
