Dishwasher in collective catering (M/F)

A holiday centre located in Balaruc-les-Bains is looking for a dishwasher (M/F) to join its collective catering team for the summer season. This is an unhoused position to be filled as soon as possible and running until at least the end of September.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual and machine washing of dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dishwashing station and surrounding areas clean and tidy
• Assist the kitchen team where needed, for example peeling vegetables and serving desserts
• Respect hygiene and food-safety standards at all times
• Sort and remove waste correctly

Requirements

• Reliability, efficiency and a careful approach to cleanliness
• Ability to work as part of a busy catering team
• Flexibility to work the centre's opening hours
• Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support is appreciated but not required
