The course lasts 90 hours and will delve into the following topics: - Identification and promotion of local food and wine excellence - Planning, organization and management of itineraries, festivals, fairs and food and wine tours to enhance the territory - Monitoring and selection of production chains of raw materials and food products with particular attention to seasonality, origin (DOP, IGP) and quality. - Consultancy for restaurants, agri-food companies and accommodation facilities, to promote marketing activities of typical local products. Requirements: The requirement for participation in the course is the possession of the Gol Check issued by the Employment Centre. Some additional specifications: The course will last 90 minutes and will take place in Mixed Mode (online and in-person lessons) Via XIII Martiri 229 San Donà di Piave (VE) Lessons will take place from 8.30am to 3.00pm. All the courses started provide for the release of the Participation Bonus (from 300 to 700 euros per month based on the personal condition of the beneficiary) which can be requested by contacting the Employment Center (CPI). The course is financed with PNRR funds as part of the GOL Program and is aimed at unemployed people domiciled in Veneto. At the end of the training course, participants will be followed and supported by a Gi Group Consultant expert in the labor market who will accompany them in their reintegration into the world of work.
