On behalf of a professional firm based in Bologna, our research and selection division is seeking an experienced Payroll and Contributions Employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing pay slips and managing tax and social security obligations (Ref. RV: 220616).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly pay slips accurately and on time
- Manage tax, contribution and social security obligations
- Handle payroll-related administrative tasks and reporting
- Maintain and update employee records
- Liaise with relevant authorities and respond to payroll queries
Requirements
- Previous experience in payroll and contributions management
- Good knowledge of Italian labour, tax and social security regulations
- Proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets
- Accuracy, confidentiality and strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
