Harvest Despatch Coordinator

July to December cover in the Warsaw despatch office, turning tonnes in a silo into deliveries on a buyer's intake schedule — road across Poland, Germany and Czechia, and rail to the Baltic terminals.

What you will do

• Build weekly despatch plans against contract call-offs from mills, crushers and traders
• Book and brief hauliers, and hold them to their slot times at buyer intake
• Prepare delivery notes, weighbridge tickets and quality certificates for every consignment
• Close out claims, rejections and demurrage with the store and the buyer inside the season

What we are looking for

• EU/EEA right to work — the role signs contractual and export documentation on our behalf
• A season or more in freight planning, forwarding or agricultural despatch
• Confident with transport documentation for domestic and intra-EU movements
• Polish and English to a business standard; German is genuinely useful
